When you contact us or request an appointment, we may collect basic information such as your name, phone number, and email. This allows us to communicate with you about your appointment and services. We do not share this information with third parties.

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to make changes, kindly let us know at least 48 hours advance and we’ll be happy to assist. Appointment booking fees are non-refundable.
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will incur an additional $130 cancellation fee. Reserved appointment times are held exclusively for you. This prevents us from offering that dedicated consultation time to another mother or bride who may have been waiting for availability.
Alterations
If alterations have begun or a fitting consultation has already taken place (pinning/measurements), and you decide not to proceed with alterations, an additional $250 seamstress consultation fee will apply to cover our seamstress’s time and expertise.
Updates to Policies
