Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will assist our styling consultants during client appointments, creating a professional and efficient environment. You will also assist with inventory management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, creating an inviting environment. You will manage all active social media accounts, posting engaging content twice weekly to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:

  • Dress, speak, and present yourself in an elegant and professional manner matching to the store’s image
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the work day
  • Always arrive 15 minutes before store opening to prepare for the day and showcase reliability
  • Manage and arrange engaging and creative window displays matching to the store’s brand  
  • Exhibit a diligent work ethic and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
  • Possess basic technology skills, including familiarity with computers, iPads, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok

Preferred:

  • Experience with photo and video recording and editing 
  • Knowledge of fabrics, styles, and fashion trends commonly found in current bridal and evening wear

Salary Range: $17.00 – $24.00 hourly, based on experience and performance

Seamstress

We are looking for a skilled Seamstress to handle alterations for high-end evening and wedding gowns, including intricate ballgowns and fully beaded dresses. Timeliness and precision are key in this role to ensure that each gown fits perfectly and meets our high standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with evening and wedding dresses
  • In-depth knowledge of various fabrics, seams, and advanced sewing techniques
  • Ability to operate industry-standard sewing machines effectively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Dress and present yourself in an elegant and professional manner at all times
  • Arrive at work with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence

Preferred:

  • Experience in pattern making
  • Good interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members

Salary Range: $20.00 – $24.00 hourly, based on experience and performance

Dress Maker

We are seeking an experienced couture Dress Maker to create custom wedding and evening gowns from concept to finished garment. This role demands advanced technical skills, precision craftsmanship, and expertise in working with luxury fabrics and intricate design details.

Requirements:

  • Ability to create, modify, and execute a wide variety of garment patterns tailored to client specifications

  • Extensive experience working with high-end and delicate fabrics such as lace, silk, chiffon, tulle, and beaded materials

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience constructing evening gowns and wedding dresses

  • In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, garment structure, seams, and advanced sewing techniques to ensure an impeccable finish for each gown

  • Strong proficiency and efficiency with industrial-standard sewing machines and tools

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and workflow discipline to meet deadlines

  • Maintain a polished, elegant, and professional appearance while at work

  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred:

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design details and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in garment construction

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with team members and clients throughout the design and fitting process

Salary Range: $22.00 – $25.00 hourly, based on experience and performance
